A vacancy exists for an Executive Assistant at Africa Healthcare Head Office, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. This position is responsible for providing full secretarial and administration support to the Executive and Management teams. The ideal candidate should have exemplary organizational skills. Must be able to effectively manage, organize and influence stakeholders internally and externally across the business. |
Critical Outputs
Providing confidential and comprehensive administrative and office support
Managing calendars/ diaries of the executive and management teams
Typing and formatting all relevant correspondence and other documentation
Creating, managing and maintaining an efficient filing system
Access, maintain and distribute various types of data including reports, letters, mailing lists and memoranda
Timeous and effective organization of travel and accommodation for teams
Act as office manager by keeping up with all office supplies
Screening of calls and determine how callers can be best assisted with their queries
Coordinating all relevant legal and external registrations
Carry out any ad-hoc functions which may be required from time to time
Requirements
Post matric qualification preferred
Matric
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Sound knowledge and previous experience working with executive management and management teams
Secretarial / administration experience for several managers
A minimum of 5 years previous experience
Proficiency in all the latest Microsoft packages is a prerequisite
Accuracy, speed and attention to detail are important
